Drive thru funeral home?
I plan on opening up a funeral home..however i plan on having a drive thru funeral viewing as well as an indoor viewing..with the drive thru viewing you would view your loved one in a window..its simple you have a list..your loved one has a number next to he/shes name..you pick..he/shes body comes down..it also has a digital guestbook where you could sign the guest book and leave your thoughts..the drive thru funeral service will be open 24 hours a day…that way its convient for people who work late and cant make it to the day visitations…the glass will be very thick and safe so no one can break in..vandalize etc..my buisness partner who is going into buisness with me thinks that there should be a vending machine outside so that you can eat popcorn, candy etc..while your viewing your loved one but thats undecided..so give me some feedback about what you think about the idea it would be greatly appreciated.
wow what a great idea. cuz people are in such a hurry these days! 2 thumbs up! don’t forget the sodas!
You can gon on line to Funeral Homes now. Than would not be that differnt except for the traffict tie ups Cars take up a lot more space that people. I think that is a bad idea
uum, not to be rude or anything but I think it’s an awful idea. People should care enough about their deceased loved ones to make time to visit them. And a vending machine? They’re a person, not a movie. I know this sounds mean but I just think it’s a bad idea. sorry :/
I think that is MORBID. I don’t think it would work at all. Think of it through the eyes of your potential customer. If it was your loved one, would you want to pull up to a drive thru and watch their body popped up in a window? heck no! I think that is just a bad idea.
Is this a sick joke??
Politically incorrect, tacky and disrespectful. If you cant make time to show your respect to a loved one than don’t go.
How could you think that’s even normal?
I find that very impersonal and not too mention the disrespect for your loved one.
I kind of hope you’re kidding us with this. The body “comes down”? Like they themselves are in a vending machine? I’m sorry, but if you aren’t kidding, I have to tell you this will not work. It’s ridiculous, actually. Who can’t get off work for a funeral? And no, I don’t want to eat candy while looking at my recently deceased loved one. Horrible idea. Please, please be joking.
It’s a great idea. I think a code to allow the viewing would be best. That way only the family and who ever they want to give the code to will have access. Keeps it private and stops strangers coming by just to gawk.
But please, drop the vending machine idea, that cheapens the whole thing. Viewing your decesed loved ones should be a dignified as possible.
LOL..popcorn and soda..better not drive thru there drunk or high..mite think that its a mcdonalds or something and get in an accident.
